Your First Visit

At Altera Orthodontics, we are committed to providing you with the personalized service you deserve. During your visits, we will establish a diagnosis and recommend treatment if needed. Your first visit will be with a greeting from one of our enthusiastic team members who will then invite you to take a tour of our modern office. We will then receive the initial forms from you if they were filled out ahead of time, this will be followed by a complimentary comprehensive orthodontic exam. During the exam, Dr. Hashemi will review your facial structure, smile, bite alignment, and the space available for your teeth. The doctor will then let you know if he recommends starting treatment at this time, and you can decide if you would like to move forward with treatment.

In the case that the patient is not at the right level of development to begin treatment, Dr. Hashemi may recommend an observation period to monitor growth and development until the right time is reached to begin treatment.
